Bauernwehr

The unique blade shape of this knife closely resembles that of a modern cooking knife, yet it dates back to the 15th century and was found in Slovenia. The handle is made from rich walnut wood, featuring a steel end cap that is securely pinned to the tang. True to the design of traditional bauernwehrs, the knife is equipped with a rolled steel nagel and two large hollow rivets, adding both structural strength and historical authenticity.
